Having qualified in 2008, he has worked into the finance department of ADP Private Limited for 3.5 years and with Ernst & Young for a year. Started his own practice under the name PARVATHANENI & ASSOCIATES and has been handling all kinds of clientele and has gained immense experience in handling Entertainment Industry clients, Incorporating & giving consulting services to Startup Companies, Startup mentoring, Forming Indian subsidiaries of Foreign Companies, Tax structuring, Bank audits, Corporate audits, Project Financing etc. Being a member of BNI and also an alumni of SLP - Startup Leadership program, has wide network of connects. Having qualified in 2012, she has worked with reputed Chartered Accountant firms BRAHMAYYA & CO as Audit Assistant and CHOWDARY & RAO as Audit Manager.

Her work experience include Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits for various reputed entities and individuals. She also has experience in handling Bank Audits like Stock, Concurrent, Revenue & Statutory Bank Branches of Public Sector Banks. Leadership, Systematic working are her key strengths.

She is one among the 450 participants of Jagriti Yatra 2012 a unique movement of "Building India through Enterprise".

In 2016 she joined as a Partner in the firm - PARVATHANENI & ASSOCIATES and has been handling all kinds of clientele and her key areas of works are Income tax , Roc, GST compliances and assessments.

She is the recipient of Women Achiever Award 2020 presented by GSM mall.

Harish is a Recently Qualified Chartered Accountant who qualified in the year 2023 at the young age of 23. He joined our firm as a partner upon his qualification. His eagerness, determination, and dedication to learning new things and solving problems in his work analytically are his key strengths.

As a leader of the audit team in Hyderabad, Mr. Harish is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of services to our clients. He is also an expert in representing clients and handlings various Clients with regard to Finance Related things, VCFO Handling, ROC Works (Incorporations, Roc filings, and Other Roc Related Compliances .........) Statutory audits, Internal audits .

In addition to his work, Mr. Harish is passionate about his profession and is actively involved in conducting training sessions within the firm along with all other partners in the firm. His commitment to sharing knowledge and empowering his peers along with the other members (articles paid assistants and managers) helps in adding value asset to our extended family Parvathaneni and Associates.

As a seasoned professional holding dual qualifications in Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA), He take pride in achieving the 3rd rank in CMA Final and the 9th rank in CMA Inter. His diverse work experience spans across various sectors, including Manufacturing, Nonprofit Organizations, IT, Educational Institutions, and Agriculture.

He bring a wealth of expertise in audit services, having successfully managed audits for unlisted companies, encompassing Internal, External, and Tax audits. Additionally, He have undertaken specialized assignments such as VAT Audit and assessments in GST & income tax, showcasing my versatility in navigating complex tax landscapes.

One of his notable strengths lies in my sophisticated knowledge and extensive experience in handling Imports & Exports. He is well-versed in managing key aspects like Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading, DGFT Advance License, Customs Duty, and related intricacies. This proficiency adds a valuable dimension to my skill set, allowing me to contribute effectively to organizations engaged in international trade.

He assumed the role of a partner at PARVATHANENI & ASSOCIATES, where he have been diligently managing a diverse clientele. His primary focus revolves around overseeing retainer clients, offering comprehensive VCFO (Virtual CFO) services. KAKUMALLA RAJA SEKHAR Has been involved with the Firm since April 2016 when he started as an intern. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in various aspects of taxation, ranging from planning and registration to compliance and litigation handling in the Goods & Service tax domain. His strong connections within different departments have facilitated swift handling of Notices, Demands, and orders in both Direct and Indirect taxation matters. Raja Sekhar's professional experience extends across diverse industries including Consulting, Manufacturing, Construction, Consumer Finances, Educational institutions, and Entertainment.
